Transparency & Performance: Real Signals. No Hype. At Smart Invest Radar™, we believe trust is earned through complete transparency. That’s why we track every valuation signal we publish. No hidden losses, no cherry-picked wins, and zero hindsight bias.
This public performance archive displays the simulated results of every stock evaluated by our proprietary DCF framework since April 2026.
How the Track Record Works:
- Simulated Allocation: Every issued signal is assigned a fixed $500 position size.
- 🟢 Attractive (BUY): Long position ($500 allocated).
- 🔴 Overvalued (SHORT/EXIT): Short position / Risk avoidance ($500 allocated).
- 🟡 Neutral (HOLD): Cash position ($0 allocated – capital preservation).
- Excludes Dividends: Returns reflect capital gains only. Since many covered stocks yield 3%–6% annually, actual total returns for dividend investors are higher.
Smart Invest Radar™ Simulated Portfolio Performance
(Tracked since April 2026 • Simulated $500 position size per trade • Excludes Dividends) Last update: Sep 2026
| Category | Signals | Positions | Rise / Fall | Simulated capital | Profit (USD) | Win Rate % | Return % |
| 🟢 Attractive (BUY) | 45 | 45 | 21 / 24 | $22,500.00 | +$52.73 | 46.7% | +0.2% |
| 🟡 NEUTRAL (HOLD) | 15 | 0 | 9 / 6 | $0.00 | $0.00 | — | 0.0% |
| 🔴 OVERVALUED (SHORT/EXIT) | 9 | 9 | 3 / 6 | $4,500.00 | +$251.61 | 66.7% | +5.6% |
| TOTAL | 69 | 54 | 33 / 36 | $27,000.00 | +$304.34 | 50.0% | +1.1% |
- Locked-in Gains from Short/Exit Signals (5.6% Return): The SIR Radar does not just look for buys—it accurately identifies risk zones. Our OVERVALUED signals achieved a 66.7% accuracy rate, generating a 5.6% return from falling or overvalued stocks.
- Net Positive Result Excluding Dividends (+1.1% / +$304.34): Despite high market volatility since April, the overall simulated portfolio return remains positive (+1.1%), even without accounting for dividend payouts.
- Dividend Potential (Hidden Additional Upside): Many of the 45 companies in the Attractive category (e.g., Sonoco, Macy’s, Amcor) pay 4%–6% annual dividend yields. Factoring in dividend payouts and reinvestment makes the true portfolio return even higher.
- Why Real-World Returns Are Higher (Strategic Execution vs. Static Simulation): This tracking table uses a strict mechanical benchmark: it buying immediately at the market price on the exact day the analysis is published. However, our actual investment reports often recommend price discipline – such as setting limit orders or waiting for a pull-back to enter within the target Margin of Safety zone. By following the precise price action and entry guidelines outlined in each report rather than buying blindly on release day, an investor’s actual realized performance would be significantly higher than this baseline simulation.
📌 Methodology Note: In this simulation, $500 is allocated to each signal. NEUTRAL signals represent a cash position ($0 allocation). All data is updated monthly. Profit is calculated excluding dividend income and transaction commissions.
